Your mission as Junior Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager position is in charge of delivering optimal campaign results for our clients and agencies, maximizing cost efficiency and performance outcomes, leveraging on the unique segmentation capabilities and investment assertiveness of Kite’s algorithms, Kid Corp’s proprietary technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Implementing, monitoring, and analyzing campaign performance and metrics to evaluate effectiveness, as well as providing support in optimizing line item performance (according to each client’s requirements) by controlling bidding and total budget on the platform. Targeting the correct age range segment and visualizing it in brand-safe placements, whether apps or channels.
  • Preparing comprehensive quantitative reports and collaborating in the analysis of campaign results in order to generate valuable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Seeking timely support for troubleshooting and resolving any technical or operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing campaigns.Working with Kids Corp’s own digital platforms (Kite/Askids). Interacting with the Customer Success department involved in the campaign implementation flow.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • At least 1 year of experience working with digital marketing platforms (such as Meta, Google, DV360, etc.) and generating and analyzing reports (using Excel, Data Studio, Power BI) in areas such as Ads Operations, Media Management, Ad Support, or Customer Experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Advertising agencies, technology companies.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Relevant Degrees: Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
